Based on the project , Bluemount will introduce you to the right Architectual /Design firm for your specific needs to help guide you through the design phase, provided you are not currently working with one. All mechanical and structual engineering along with surveying will follow before the permit application is submitted for review.

Identifying Roles & Duties

Bluemount strategically delegates tasks to the best screened professional for the specific job required for any project

Contracts & Negotiations

Bluemount and it’s associates can handle the preparation and execution of contracts and negotiations between all parties involved

Budget, Material, Take Offs & Resources

After the architect/designer has specified materials for the project, Bluemount can reach out to its suppliers and request take offs in order to begin the budget phase of the project. Many times materials intentioned for the project will change due to the fact that it could put the client out of budget or in some cases can create a surplus. At this point, Bluemount also begins to budget for hard construction costs from trades. Bluemount always suggests a 10-15% budget reserve for any changes or surprise expenses during construction. This is important to avoid cost over runs from the proposed budget.


Bluemount assures the launch of projects take off on the right path. We diligently monitor and control the project through every phase to ensure proper execution is carried forward.

Updates And Communication

Bluemount finds it imperative to keep the client and all parties involved up to date at all times. Bluemount meets its obligation to send the updates per their request to keep them informed during the progression. At the very least, Bluemount will provide weekly updates and future forecast of the project. Bluemount will honor the client to be available at all times and respond in a timely manner to any questions or concerns.

Coordinating And Monitoring

Bluemount coordinates all the trades during every phase of construction. We monitor their progression to ensure deadlines are met as proposed. Scheduling is a key component that many take for granted in order to stay within budget. Time sensitivity is crucial.

Identifying And Analyzing Obstacles

In the event any obstacles arise during construction, Bluemount handles all issues by getting to the root of the problem, analyze them and find the correct remedy for it.


Bluemount will be present at all inspections (city/municipal) to ensure all work performed has successfully met and passed the O.B.C. (Ontario Building Code).
